Server Unlimited Bandwidth

Does anyone know a free host, PHP, 1 MySQL database, 50 MB of disk space without advertising, but a lot of bandwidth? (35 + events)?

I From a script for IPB 1.3 shoutbox remain in the tables (like Free Invision, Invision Plus hosted) forum. We have a couple of other scripts too, but that seems to be, with more bandwidth. I could get the bandwidth to just over one concert day (it was) 4 per day. We removed the server so that it is not on the other scripts so it uses the entire bandwidth. I did some research but found nothing that meets my needs. I am ready to change all the small things like memory, Subdomains unlimited accounts email, control panel of the imagination, or something else. But I do not need a MySQL database with about 50MB of disk space. It is implemented PHP has been given, it must be activated. The reason must be free of advertising, is the conflict of interest. All hosted Newsgroups have their own ads, making it against the other peoples TOS add ads. It should therefore be free advertising. Ideas or suggestions? Thank you.
