Is Casa de Playa Beach Resort located on Isla Verde Beach still open and if so, what is the phone/website?

Isla Verde Beach is in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Just looking it up online does not suffice. I was there in February of 2006 and it was under extensive renovation. The phone #'s listed on line are no good. Any help would be appreciated.
